1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect
- Business and contact details you submit on the campaign brief or contact form
- Delivery address and phone (if provided)
- Order, mockup, and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe)
- Technical logs needed to run the site (e.g. error logs)
3. Why we use it
To fulfil your order, communicate about artwork and delivery, take payment, and keep basic records for accounting and disputes. Legal bases typically include contract and legitimate interests.
4. Sharing
We share what the print partner needs to manufacture and ship (artwork, quantity, ship-to). Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for the order, legal, and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction in some cases. Contact us using the email above. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
7. Cookies
Phase 1 uses minimal cookies / storage needed for the app and hosting. No third-party ad tracking is intentionally enabled.
