1. Who we are
Campaign Boxes are offered by Burgerbox Admin as a sole trader trading as BurgerBox Campaign Boxes. Contact: burgerboxadmin@gmail.com.
2. What you buy
You brief a limited-edition printed burger-box run, approve artwork, and prepay. A print partner manufactures and dropships to the UK address you give. We do not sell blank stock for you to store.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in GBP. The seller is not VAT registered, so customer prices show no VAT line. Indicative prices may change after artwork approval and manufacturer quote.
4. Artwork approval
When you approve a mockup and pay, you confirm the design is ready for print. Later changes may need a new quote or reprint fee.
5. Production and delivery
Lead times depend on the print partner. We will share estimated dates after payment. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you supply.
6. Cancellation
Before production starts we will try to refund prepaid orders if you cancel in writing. After plates/press start, refunds may not be possible beyond statutory rights.
7. Food-contact packaging
Boxes are manufactured by our partner under applicable UK / retained EU food-contact rules. Sustainability claims are limited to materials the partner documents.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
